Description

We are on the hunt for an energetic and self-motivated candidate who is embarking further on their sales journey, looking to develop and grow their career with us, here at Ingram Micro NZ. In this role you will have the opportunity to hone your selling skills, while building on existing relationships with key stakeholders, partnering with our vendors and resellers, to identify quality solutions for their end customers.

About the role:

Working with our high profile vendor Vertiv, who design, manufacture and service, mission-critical infrastructure technologies within data centers, communication networks, commercial environments and more…

You will be charged with driving channel growth across the segment and developing revenue through the acquisition, management and maintenance of customers.

Providing an exceptional level of commitment to customer service and supplying customers with quality industry solutions, you will effectively manage and grow sales within New Zealand and associated opportunities nationally.

About You:

  • Previous experience in IT sales and distribution industry is preferable.
  • An excellent ability to build and develop key relationships at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive the sales process autonomously.
  • A collaborative team player who is customer-focused.
  • A background in electrical or mechanical engineering advantageous
