- Guide technical teams and mentor junior level resources,
consultants, and clients while acting as lead for internal initiatives and
- Drive technical design workshops with technical and business
stakeholders to derive value added services and implementations
- Play the role of Technical Project Manager and carry out necessary
planning and coordination to manage timeline, deliverables and
scope creep
- Act in capacity of Escalation Point for Project Issues
- Ensure Project Deliverables are completed in accordance to agreed
- Understand the technical challenges brought up by team member
and provide guide to closure of these challenges
- Travel within South East Asia
- Understand customer's business requirements and pain points and
translate to cyber security solutions
- Help define new content that enable/support our Marketing, Sales
and Services functions
- Work together with sales to estimate effort and scope required for
projects and tenders including scope negotiation and solution
- Support local sales team to engage customer in identifying and
supporting solutioning mapped to their requirements
- To mentor the sales account management and product management
teams on cybersecurity solution selling best practices.
- To be able to perform cybersecurity requirement study, security
assessment and advisory with customers.
- Occasional travel within South East Asia.

- Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Information
Security/Computer Science
- At least 10 years of experience in IT Security solution
- At least 5 years of implementation experience in IT security projects
- Strong domain in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Security
Operation Centre Solution is preferred
- Assertive and able to deal with difficult project situation
- Familiar with both Microsoft and UNIX (either Solaris, AIX or Linux)
- Candidate with prior experience in Symantec, Forcepoint, IBM
Security, RSA and McAfee Solutions is an advantage
- Experience in leading the team in delivering project in a tight timeline
- Technical experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Database Administration: Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL
- OS Administration: MS Windows, SUN Solaris, AIX or HP-UX
- Technical experience in Microsoft or UNIX hardening will be an
added advantage
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Prepared to learn new technology within short timeframe.
- Able to travel occasionally within South East Asia
- Certification in PMP, CISA, CISSP or any Vendor’s Security products
is an advantage
- Must be able to work without supervision
- 50% of the time doing project delivery, 50% of time supporting
presales activities
