The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and deadlines, must be flexible, and have the ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty. Must be a self-starter who can take the initiative and work with minimal direction when necessary. You will need to think strategically, be able to develop and drive processes and procedures that facilitate consistently, efficient management of key business processes, and land these processes via effective communications strategies.


Responsible for planning and driving the key projects globally that align with the business’s strategic initiatives that will drive key revenue growth. Driving multiple key projects simultaneously you will combine analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment to make sound project management decisions to ensure the implementation of business strategies. Managing key resources to execute project components from the design phase through implementation you will analyze data to make recommendations on the critical action needed on global programs impacting our Cloud business. Working with a highly cross-functional global team you will design and maintain the governance of key global programs, determine milestones, and identify key deliverables and objectives in order to deliver revenue-driving results. 

What you bring to the role:

Recognized as the subject matter expert in operations, project management, and business analysis you are adept at managing large complex projects or processes.  Possess a high level of confidence and executive presence to provide business insights, updates, and gap analysis to key executive stakeholders.  You bring rigor to analyze and deliver on project deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to weigh business alternatives, identify opportunities for growth and consult with the business leaders on the strategic initiatives.


  • 7+ years of experience in project management, strategy/consulting, and/or operations roles
  • Superior analytic and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in driving decision making
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop analytical frameworks to solve complex business issues
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus
  • Experience in managing Global Projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Project/program management leadership including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, and integration management
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience
