We are currently looking for a determined and customer focused individual to get on board in our high performing team of Business Operation Specialist!  This team are a highly productive group of software licensing gurus, who have gradually built their knowledge of software licensing as product and how to track and solve licensing related issues and provide a strong base of client focus.

This is a brilliant and rare opportunity to step into the Launchpad of our software licensing team and change the game on your career!

Day to day – you will review and process customer orders, work on high volumes of queries from customers, navigating through our system to locate their order information and offering timely and accurate responses to solve their query. You’ll be partnered with our internal resources and will grow knowledge on software licensing to carve yourself a career.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and processing customer orders
  • Providing excellent customer support and building rapport
  • Resolving customer queries and working with our resources to locate information
  • Maintaining our customer relationship and providing accurate responses to our clients

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a high-volume customer service role (both inbound and outbound)
  • An energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Developed skills in a Microsoft desktop environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
