Due to growth additional Project Coordinators are needed for our scheduling team at Comms-care.

Centred around customer service this position focuses on scheduling engineers and shipping IT equipment for our engineers to install on customer sites. No technical knowledge is required for this vacancy however good geographical skills are an advantage.

Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills, effective communication including decision making and experience in business administration. You will be able to work to deadlines, multi-task and prioritise your work. In return we will provide a great working environment, a number of benefits, full training and career development.

Salary: Up to £18,000 (Dependant on experience)
Location: Lostock Gralam, Northwich, CW9 7UA
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday flexible between 08:00 – 18:00

The role:

  • Dealing with incoming requests via email and phone
  • Efficient and accurate data Entry onto Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Assigning work to field engineers based upon their skill set, geography and availability
  • Communicating with Logistics teams to ensure parts are available within tight time constraints
  • Building relationships with internal team members/departments
  • Sustaining relationships with customers to ensure the best possible service is provided
  • Maintaining project documentation whilst co-ordinating customer projects from beginning to end
  • Logging and tracking of sales requests on internal systems
