Skills and Qualifications:

  • Performance Management: acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the team processes; manage & prioritize customer requests/escalations; drive, lead and execute continuously business improvement projects
  • People Management: encourage, motivate and recognize team/individual performance and achievement; give & receive continuously feedback; act as Coach & Mentor; 
  • Business Acumen: Understanding the business – Ingram Micro and Shared Services; building up relationship and rapport with internal/external customers

Key Requirements:
    • University degree in Business 
    • 2+ years of working experience in B2B environment, preferably in a role responsible for other team members
    • Written and spoken English at B2 level
    • Proven ability to effectively manage all levels of staff including mentoring/development of associates
    • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Self-starter and initiative
