Major Responsibility after long term training: 

? Provide service to appointed key customers

? Agreement initiation and follow up with internal team and customer

? Achieve agreed Sales and Margin Targets, participate in budget and forecast process

? Utilize multiple techniques to understand our customers’ business (i.e.  strategy, issues, threats, opportunities; current operations & environment; budget; stakeholders; buying preferences and political / emotional motivators) 

? Working with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance to ensure ongoing CLS customer promise delivery

? Present proposal to customer, emphasizing how it addresses their business needs and demonstrating / quantifying the value it brings to their business

? Ensure Ingram Micro customer satisfaction promise is delivered

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement:


1 Newly graduate from the college, or 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or business development experience in China eCommerce market, preferably in reverse logistics and asset disposal services

2 Degree or equivalent training in logistic industry.

Core Competencies:

1 Good negotiation skills

2 CET-6 or above. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Chinese

3 Ability to work with minimal supervision using initiative when required

4 A team player with high level of personal integrity

5 Microsoft office experience in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
