We are looking for a self-motivated tech savvy team player to join our growing team in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Responsibilities will include:

  • Support role. Customer facing in the UCC space supporting the applications stack to services for UCC customers and internal users.
  • Provide support for orders, device provisioning, returns and reporting
  • Handling bug tracker to research and validate bugs on the application stack
  • Supporting/consulting for API integrations
  • Product evaluations and reporting on new IT equipment
  • Implementation of mock network environments in labs for testing for customer use cases
  • Phone, email and support through ticketing systems
  • Network packet analysis

This position requires:

  • At least 2 years experience providing help desk support or technical support for IT products or applications
  • Previous experience supporting ERP systems such as SAP a plus or WMS systems
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy, Service Now, etc.
  • Working knowledge Windows operating systems
  • Proficient at time management and organization. Basic technical writing (reports)
  • Networking fundamentals and network troubleshooting tools(wireshark,RDP,etc)
