This Corporate Financial Analyst will be responsible for Cloud’s Global Financial Planning and Consolidation as well as Metric-Based Reporting with a heavy emphasis on budgeting and forecasting. 

  • Experience in a Software/ Technology business is preferred
  • 2 plus years of experience is required

 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing and maintaining a global forecast model to project financial performance in total and on a business unit basis. 

The analyst will support management with moderately complex financial analysis, monitor and report operational variances against plan/forecast, and consolidate disparate global operational data in support of Cloud’s Commercial and Finance teams. 

 Your role: 

  • Efficiently consolidate Global financial and operational data to support annual budget, monthly forecast and strategic plans in total and by Cloud business unit
  • Develop and maintain monthly Global Consolidated Reporting by Business Unit
  • Coordinate and manage Global Timelines, liaising with WW Corporate teams, to ensure timely consolidation and presentation of Cloud Financials
  • Support management to streamline and automate existing forecasting and budgeting process - analyze current processes and/or systems, identify opportunities for automation, develop plans based on findings, and implement changes for improved accuracy and reduced time investment
  • Analyze Financial and Business Operation trends and contribute in developing future forecast through predictive analysis; Analyze Market Share, industry Trends and General Economic Trends
  • Support management to develop, manage, and maintain accurate Global metric and financial based reporting through standardizing and synthesizing large amounts of data across all Reporting Systems and Data Warehouses
  • Perform Ad Hoc analysis as required to enhance profitability through margin optimization and cost reduction & control opportunities
  • Professionally and effectively interact with all levels of management within the Global Cloud business unit and across the corporate functions and global/regional finance departments
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams in support of various projects and initiatives

 What you bring to the role:

  • BA degree in Finance or Accounting is required with 2-6 years experience 
  • Advanced Excel (Macros/Power Pivot), PowerPoint skills required
  • Relational Database/Consolidation experience required
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail in fast paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, Hyperion Essbase, Smartview a plus
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision, be proactive and take initiative when needed
  • Ability to work across multiple international time zones with Cloud Finance and Leadership teams
