What you’ll do

Here at Ingram we have an opportunity to employ a Rockstar HR Administrator to over deliver on the HR function across Australia and New Zealand.  (Our customers are the internal associates – and we aim to please them). 

Joining our dynamic ANZ HR team that is still evolving you will have the freedom to review administration processes to ensure they are streamlined and efficient. 

This includes looking at digital transformation within this function by using solutions such as BOTS.

Your day to day responsibilities will cover the complete HR administration function for Australia and New Zealand including (but not limited to) all administrative aspects of HR inductions, Employment Agreements, Termination processes, Rewards and Recognition maintenance, updating and optimising the HR Analytics dashboard and much more. 

Once you master the art of administrative tasks, we may have further opportunities to get you involved in project work to help the HR team to be more proactive and to increase employee engagement.
