Do you want to grow and face new professional challenges? Ingram Micro is looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Inside Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and nontechnical products, services and solutions directly to current and resell customers.
  • Responsible for large/complex territories and/or products.
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
  • Informing customers of new products and services.
  • Monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • End to end account management.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.

  • Established and productive individual contributor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problems faced are typically routine, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
  • Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
  • Communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience preferred. 
  • Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
  • Application of a “Can Do Attitude” and ability to be a self-starter.
