The Learning & Organizational Development Partner (Consultant, Learning & Organizational Development) is responsible for supporting all activities related to learning (focusing on leadership development) and organizational development to further individual capabilities in support of Ingram Micro Philippines’ Human Capital Strategy.
This individual will analyze, design, develop, deliver and evaluate in-depth leadership development experiences using his/her expertise, working with internal SMEs or partnering with vendors; provide internal consulting and coaching support, and champion learning and OD processes and practices to enable leaders across the organization to support associate development and engagement.
Responsibilities, Supporting Actions & End-Results
Leadership Hi-Potential Management Program (30%)
Completion of annual IDP, Increased retention of hi-potential associates, 70% developmental job changes and promotions of assigned associates
Leadership Development Program Management (20%)
Deliver impactful leadership development programs and training, at least 90% Manager NPS; 100% documentation of impact of training and recommendations; Program expenses are within the allocated budget.
Annual Learning and Development Needs Analyses and Calendar Implementation (10%)
Proposal for Sitewide Annual Training and OD Calendar are signed off on or before March 31 of each year; Training/OD recommendations for team based interventions are approved by requesting Manager within 2 weeks from request date; at least 90% of the identified classes and initiatives on the annual training and OD calendar are implemented
Learning Module Design and Development (10%)
100% of designed and developed modules follows an innovative and relevant blended learning approach with up to Level 4 evaluation baked into the program; Content uploaded to the LMS are relevant; # of associates accessing the content
Sitewide Performance Management Support (10%)
100% adherence to Performance Management Timelines; at least 90% of the site’s population have performance metrics entered on the Performance Management Tool
OD Projects and Initiatives Implementation Lead (20%)
100% of OD initiatives/projects are planned, implemented and evaluated; Projects and initiatives meet agreed goals, timelines and budget
