Manage the relationship with 3rd Party service providers that we will engage for outsourcing.
Will own, manage and approve all subcontracting master agreement and SOW outgoing to outsource contractors.
Works closely with Customer, Partner, Vendor and IM Team in post-sale projects delivery
Manage the delivery of projects within scope, cost and timeline.
Works with Customer SPOC and manages Customer Satisfaction.
Manages issues and escalations.
Manages Vendor and Partners delivery relationships.
Ensures availability of resources (internal and external) for Project completion
Ensure that the team is technically updated and certified.
Create a cohesive services team between Professional and Cyber Services.
