But what would you be doing?

Connecting with top tier talent is getting harder every day. The best candidates aren't responding to traditional tactics, they're slipping through the net and we need to be more proactive to connect with them.

The TA Business Partner will be someone that can still play the traditional game of recruitment but what we are really looking for is someone willing to try different strategies to finding that precious jewel.  To think proactively about Talent Pipeline, Employee Branding and Candidate Experience.  To have the creative gene to think outside of the box with the main objective to bring on the future Mark Zuckerberg of the world.

With a global business behind you, we have access to tools to support this role such as our JobVite Recruitment platform, LinkedIn Recruiter tools, BI tools to help you analyse data, KornFerry Competency framework to secure the right candidates to fit the roles we have as well as a Talent Acquisition Global Network to tap into thought leading initiatives.  With all of these tools and expertise around you, you will grow your knowledge of the proactive approach to the Talent Acquisition function and be ahead of the trend of other “Recruiters”.
