Position Overview

The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for business generation and account management for the given set of partner accounts which are identified as Telesales accounts and to be managed via telephone. If required he/she may also visit the partner as per business needs.


Key Job Functions               

  • Generation of Sales Revenue and Gross Margin from telesales accounts as per target / business plan.
  • Should contact Partners on a daily basis, understand their day to day product needs and ensure that we get the maximum share of their business.
  • Drive specific internal and vendor programs from time to time.
  • Generate leads and provide the same to CRE for further closure.
  • Ensure that our market share is intact for those Businesses that are addressable by us from those set of accounts.
  • Maintain good relationship with partners and vendors.
  • Register new partners in the system as per the details provided by CRE/BDE.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Provide reminders to assigned partners for clearing the pending dues, if any and follow-up till closure.
  • Coordinate with buying and warehouse team for stock inwarding and billing.
  • Inform sales associate / partners once the billing is done.


Key Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be result oriented, self-driven and should drive business passionately.
  • Should have a natural flair for Customer Service.
  • Should be able to do multi-tasking and manage time through work prioritization.
  • Should have proficiency in MS Office.



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.


Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing, preferably from IT distribution background.
