Responsible for APAC Data Analytics Programs, who will lead and manage analytics requirements, including functional requirement (BRD), data interpretations, abd visualization needs, and translate analytics requirement into BI requirements (technical requirements).
Understand the organization’s data estate and source systems, especially the ERP, CRM and Cloud applications and work on a unified view to create new insights
Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and work with appropriate partners to absorb the data into new or existing data infrastructure.
Build and deploy the Data Catalog, Data Governance and Data Quality framework
Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.
Present data and analysis in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization, dashboards, or other methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to come up with actionable, high-impact insights across business units.
Work closely with management to prioritize information and analytic needs
7 to 9 years of experience as Data Analyst, 4+ years of experience in SAP data objects, especially in P2P, OTC & Finance, 2+ years of experience working directly functional/stakeholders, 2+ years of experience managing report developers and contractors, and 1+ year in both project management and agile methodologies
Clear communication, and ability to manage stakeholders’ and end-users’ expectations
Solid understanding and hands-on data experiencedata stacks including in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, TMS, etc.
Experience in data ingestions and extractionsfrom both enterprise systems and home-grown applications
Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Mart and Data Lakes (on Cloud)
