Business Analyst

Major Responsibility: Major Responsibility:
1.Communicate business needs with business users, accurately understand users’ requirement, assist user to propose and classify requirements, and maintain new requirements list; timely handle and solve user’s feedback or needs.         
  2.Establish and maintain good communication with business users and communicate well with other members of the project team (developers/testers, etc.).         
  3.Prepare high-quality requirements specifications as required.            4.Coordinating and organizing relevant business users and project members, conducting needs review as required, and assisting relevant stakeholders to accurately understand the real needs of users.            5.Manage& track requirements changes.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer, Software Engineering and Information Management.
2.Over 7 years' experience in software requirement analysis, at least 10 projects of requirement analysis, interactive design and prototype design have been completed.
3.Master prototype and process design tools such as visio/axure, have strong ability of requirement analysis and document writing, and have strong logical thinking ability. 
4.Experience in RPA (Robot Process Automation) project is preferred.
 5.Ability to communicate in spoken English is preferred.
