Description

Responsibilities :

Solve technical issues for customers with coordination of product development and engineering
Work with Sales team on improving customers’ satisfaction through providing high quality technical service
Conduct trainings and demonstrations for products and applications
Identify possibilities of product technology and customer needs

Requirements :

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer in computer product field or Technical Support, Fresh Graduate will also be considered
Fluent in verbal and written technical English and Chinese communication
Able to work independently
