What you’ll do
IMMEDIATE START: Due to extensive growth period here at Ingram Micro we are seeking an energetic, organised, customer focused Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist who can blitz through the work, juggle multiple tasks, all in a day! Sound like you? Then our role within our HR team could be for you. This is a fixed term engagement for 3 months initially to support our Talent Acquisition Business Partner during a very busy and demanding strategic growth initiative.
This is your chance to shine and really add value by providing a professional and efficient recruitment service across our multiple business sites, delivering support to our hiring managers and our wider HR team, with a focus on exceptional candidate care.
The person we are looking for enjoys working hard, is a quick learner that thrives on supporting the overall recruitment process, whilst always looking for new and innovative ways of doing things.
You'll be responsible for brand monitoring, vacancy advertising and administration, candidate care, interview preparation, co-ordinating pre-employment checks and continued process improvement.
We offer a professional working environment where change is a constant. You will be the key member of the in-house recruitment service and the wider HR team, based across multiple sites around Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
To be considered for this role you must possess:
Additionally you will have a minimum of 2 years in-house and/or agency recruitment administration experience and be savvy with e-recruitment tools and social media platforms.
