Customer Service Representative - Fixed Term

Description

We have a fantastic, opportunity based on the North Shore, for a motivated and enthusiastic, Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated and focused Bright Point customer service team, on a fixed term basis.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team managing all aspects of both the external and internal customer relationship, representing a great set of brands, which include Samsung, Apple Accessories and more.

Working closely with Vodafone, this role will allow you to catch a break in the corporate world, while working here at Ingram Micro NZ, where the culture, benefits and successes speak for themselves, as we continue to lead the way within IT distribution.

The Role:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
• Receiving and processing orders, efficiently and accurately
• Providing order status updates
• Developing strong customer relationships
• Identifying potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business

In return you will be working with an enthusiastic, close knit and dynamic team, with full training provided for the successful applicant. Previous experience in the IT Industry, customer service or retail would be advantageous.
