Upgrade your talent by:
•Facilitating the return and receipt of vendor refused returns
•Utilizing online tools to aid investigation and for process and work procedures
•Utilizing system vendor compliance tables systems within company policies & guidelines up to approved authority levels.
•Maintaining current/accurate vendor information as provided to them by the Purchasing Team
•Creating credit notes for returns or debit memos for stock balance returns and ensures accurate entry of quantity, ship to address and carrier
•Managing customer disputes and negotiating customer/vendor claims
•Communicating results to internal/external customers via verbal or electronic means.
•Contacting vendor to follow up on outstanding request to prevent the defective product from becoming aged
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
•Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
•1-2 years previous support/customer service and/or stock management or logistics experience is recommended
•Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required in German and English - B1 - B2
•Ability to prioritize and perform work
•Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally in an accurate and professional manner
