Business Managers, Ingram Associates on all levels, and Customers.

SCOPE & PURPOSE:

·         The Ingram Micro Cloud IaaS Solution Architect is responsible for the development and enablement of IaaS skill sets across our existing partner community

·         The Solution Architect will also be responsible for the ongoing consultation and solution design support across our IaaS partner base.

·         This will cover the ownership and continued development of peer to peer relationships within the partners and our vendors.

PRINCIPAL TASKS OF JOB / CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         To own the delivery of the number against the following goals

• Revenue, front end margin (FEM)

·         To deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Build and own the technical engagement plan between IMC and partner
• Drive the adoption and growth of IaaS into partner base
• Expand IaaS skill set by technically enabling our partners
• Support in the qualification and technical design of IaaS solutions with our partners customers
• Drive the adoption of IM Services and IM Finance
• Expand the reach of IaaS business by working with our wider sales teams
• Drive the peer to peer engagement across IMC and customer
• Build and develop the network of relevant vendor peers

·         To represent Ingram Micro in a professional manner

• Ensure that you can articulate IM’s value proposition
• Ensure that the relevant knowledge of Vendor’s programmes and offerings is current
• Ensure that any required trainings are completed to support the requirements of the role
• To contribute to the development of IM Associates and to contribute to the overall development of the team.
• Partner relationship management for key customers existing and net new targets.
