Resourcing and Project Administrator

Comms-care is looking to add a Resourcing and Project Administrator to our Flexible Resourcing team ideally based in Lostock Gralam, Northwich. In this role you will be responsible for being the front-line administrator for projects coming into the Flexible Resourcing Team.

Role Summary

In this role you will be the vital link between clients and candidates. This role is responsible for being the administration of projects to ensure that requests are qualified, to monitor progress, and maintain a record of all projects and associated resources working on them.

You will also be asked to assist with the raising of contracts and dealing with timesheets and invoicing queries. Part of the role will have a sales element to it in terms of following up on requests and quotes to ensure we don’t waste any opportunities that have been quoted.

Salary: DOE + Bonus and company Benefits
Location: Ideally based in Northwich however UK wide applicants considered

Role responsibilities:
The role is demanding, diverse and involves:

  • Working with Sales and Professional Services and other internal teams to attract business from client companies (though this isn’t seen primarily as a business development role)

Project Admin elements:

  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gain an understanding of the client recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process from search to placement
  • Monitor an inbox to identify opportunities that fall outside of our internal capabilities by liaising with the relevant internal department and your Flexible Resourcing colleagues. Following up on all opportunities available
  • Assist the Flexible Resource and pre-sales teams with Pre-sales qualifications
  • Record and maintain the details of the projects including communicating details to the relevant participants

Resourcing elements:

  • Assist with candidate searches in high demand situations
  • Candidate attraction – advertising, networking, headhunting etc.
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
  • Complete CV reviews, screening calls and interviews
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
  • Complete background checks including obtaining references
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • You will also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels/contract rates, training requirements and career opportunities
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
