Control Tower  Supply Chain  

 

Purchasing

  • TSL (Target Stock Level) control
  • Pricing review
  • Reporting accuracy
  • PO Placement on schedule
  • Order Management - Fill Rate from Vendor 
  • Receiving control
  • Expediting shipments
  • Backlog management to ensure maximum fill rates
  • Communicate vendor backlog dates on the system and to PM and ST
  • Short shipments, damages etc – their escalation and resolution
  • Aware of weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining lead times
  • Ensure all operations are following rules and schedules
  • Manage alerts, exceptions and urgency 

Reporting

  • Send timely reporting and monthly reports
 Buy Back
  • Follow rotations procedures quarterly

Dashboard and Data Accuracy

  • Dashboard Set up
  • Entering new part numbers and following part number procedures
  • Inventory Management (OH, IT, On Order)
  • Data entry of backlog dates and ensure customer service are informed of delays for large deals

Here's what it takes to be one of the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, supply chain or related
  • 4 years of experience in Purchasing role, Customer service, Supply Chain 
  • Fluency in English
  • Result and Details Oriented
  • Customer Impact top of mind
