Control Tower Supply Chain
Purchasing
- TSL (Target Stock Level) control
- Pricing review
- Reporting accuracy
- PO Placement on schedule
- Order Management - Fill Rate from Vendor
- Receiving control
- Expediting shipments
- Backlog management to ensure maximum fill rates
- Communicate vendor backlog dates on the system and to PM and ST
- Short shipments, damages etc – their escalation and resolution
- Aware of weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining lead times
- Ensure all operations are following rules and schedules
- Manage alerts, exceptions and urgency
Reporting
- Send timely reporting and monthly reports
Buy Back
- Follow rotations procedures quarterly
Dashboard and Data Accuracy
- Dashboard Set up
- Entering new part numbers and following part number procedures
- Inventory Management (OH, IT, On Order)
- Data entry of backlog dates and ensure customer service are informed of delays for large deals
Here's what it takes to be one of the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, supply chain or related
- 4 years of experience in Purchasing role, Customer service, Supply Chain
- Fluency in English
- Result and Details Oriented
- Customer Impact top of mind
