Sales Support Team Leader

Comms-care are looking to add a Team Leader to our Sales Support team based in Lostock Gralam, Northwich. Centred around customer service this role is instrumental leading all aspects of Sales Support and Providing effective guidance and support to the Sales Support Team.

Salary: Competitive

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Role Overview:

As a Team Leader at Comms-care you will supervise, manage and motivate your team and oversee day to day operations. You will also provide updates and support to our Head of Sales Operations. You will also lead by setting a good example to the team and support them in achieving their individual and team goals by providing effective guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for contracts and/or sales support team members, answering questions and helping with problems
  • Act as first point of contact for customer escalations and proactively manage, monitor and communicate resolution
  • Keeping the Head of Sales Operations aware of potential issues associated with work queues
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 sessions with team members and monitor performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps and oversee delivery of training
  • Ensure team adherence to corporate and internal processes and policies
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
  • Work effectively with colleagues in support functions around the business to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Team administration management i.e. annual leave, sickness

You should have Successful track record of having worked in a supervisory capacity within a Customer Service environment. You will need to be a confident decision maker with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and be comfortable working to deadlines.
