Ingram Micro’s Marketing team is responsible for Marketing campaigns and Marketing activities across the META

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator who is going to help and assist Advanced Solutions, PR & Communication Marketing Manager in devising and implementing individual vendor and Ingram Micro Physical Security, Cyber Security IoT & AI BU’s marketing plans and PR & Communication activities ensuring the success of activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis. Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.

What will you do?

• You will support Events, EXPO’s & other marketing activities planning, implementation, ROI management and reporting;
• You will negotiate and manage suppliers and agencies.
• You will support in preparing creative briefs to Vendors;
• You will handle marketing activities internal approvals and payments approval;
• You will participate in Activities Claims, Proof of the execution submission to vendors and payments follow up;
• You will own digital marketing activities, on the company’s website and social media accounts;
• You will write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, proposals, presentations);
• You will support Corporate announcements Press Releases writing, Copywriting Skills;
• You will support Internal marketing activities (quarterly newsletters, hackathons & incentives programs);
• You are going to be responsible for coordinating with Design Team’s and supporting all design-related projects, from creating a designer’s brief/concept to controlling and reviewing the design submittals and completion;

Which Talent do you bring?

• You have 7 - 10 years’ experience in a marketing position with an international company;
• You are excellent communication & negotiation skills;
• You are fluent command of spoken & written English is a must;
• You have good knowledge of excel & power point, Photoshop is a plus;
• You have understanding of Branding and Design guidelines;
• You have experience in Content Creation, Press Releases, writing Social Media posts & promoting content on social media;
• You have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads;
• You are a University graduate;
• You have experience Eloqua/Oracle automation tool or any other mailing tool is an advantage.
