Job Description

Fully Responsible for Finance and Accounting Function of PT Ingram Micro Indonesia

  • Major areas of responsibilities will include
  • Manage the general ledger and oversee the month end and financial accounts
  • Responsible for bank and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Produce internal reports and accounts to corporate
  • Produce cash forecast and manage cash balance
  • Prepare forecasts and analysis on Financial Reports
  • Manage ad-hoc Finance projects as required by changes in the business
  • Maintain AP, AR, Inventory and cost control
  • Prepare external reports (LKPM, LLD)
  • Liaise with auditor to prepare audit report
  • Review and perform reconciliation for all taxes matter
  • Liaise with tax auditor on tax audit process



To ensure financial records are maintained as per IDN Accounting regulations and US GAAP

To ensure that financial books are closed on a timely basis and results are reported accurately as per the internal reporting guidelines.

Internal control and Compliance:

To work with CFO in developing and implementing rigorous financial internal control process across the various functional areas of the company.

To ensure that the business adheres to in-house compliance policies as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Coordination of annual budgeting and monthly forecast process, including collecting information from the various departments involved in the budget process and in ensuring timely submission of budget and forecast to the Regional Office as per the required timeline.


To ensure that the operations are totally in compliance and Income tax laws; to liaise with the tax authorities in the event of tax audit/assessments.


To manage funding requirements of the company though judicial use of short term borrowing limits sanctioned by Regional Treasury.

To be conversant with taking hedge covers for foreign currency payments.


Will be responsible for coordinating with the auditors (statutory and internal auditors) and getting the statutory audit completed on a timely basis.


Qualification and Skill Requirements:

  • Should have minimum of 10-15 years of work experience of working in MNC in a multi cultural environment and should be well versed in all facets of finance and accounting function.
  • Good computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office applications (preferably expert level knowledge).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve the problem and manage the conflict of works across the functional departments
  • Ability to carry out independently all routine works and day-to-day operations within the scope of finance and accounting function.
