For our company in Wroclaw we are looking for a dynamic and experienced operational business leader (M/F).

Site Director

Place of work: Pietrzykowice (pow. wrocławski; gm. Kąty Wrocławskie)

You will be required to drive all aspects of the day to day running of the Pietrzykowice site. The site operates as a 3PL warehousing and repair facility in the technology sector (ie. printers, mobile phones) and is one of several Ingram Micro CLS sites in the Poland experiencing a period of growth.

With a strong operational bias, you will be comfortable in environments with high volumes of blue-collar associates. You will take overall responsibility for building the team, enhancing employee engagement, delivering the site P&L and implementing new business opportunities which are in the pipeline. You’ll take responsibility for building a strong team and for the management of all site-based personnel including but not limited to: Customer Management, SLA’s, Operations, Enegineering, Workforce, Health & Safety, Security, Facilities, IT, Finance and HR.  Engeneering, IT and HR have dual reporting lines.

The position requires dedication and passion to work with minimal direction and is a people leadership role. You’ll be focused on the delivery of the P&L, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving client KPIs at all times.

The position reports to the Vice President Technology, who is based in the UK.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 

•   Minimum 15 years working experience of which at least 5 years in an Operational Leadership position
•   Experience in the Technology service industry or 3PL logistics fulfilment business.
•   Understand technologies, products, clients and competitors within the logistics industry, B2B and D2C.
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills
•   Strong motivational leadership qualities and proven team management skills
•   Highly dynamic, influential, persuasive , innovative and change orientated
•   Capable of dealing with complex commercial matters and client service focussed
•   Profit & Loss account management experience
•   Knowledge of Business Systems IS014001/2004, ISO9001:2000.
•   FLUENT English and Polish.

•   On time delivery of projects within agreed budgets
•   Meet/improvement upon budgetary forecasts
•   Delivery of Lean targets
•   Delivery of automation projects
•   Delivery, via the team targets, of core financially impacting objectives owned by your team
•   Attainment of set and agreed scorecard KPIs as per client contract
•   Positive feedback from all internal/external clients/stakeholders
•   Team performance & succession planning
•   Maintaining an Engaged and committed Workforce
