About our Technology Solutions Global Marketing team

Ingram Micro’s Technology Solutions Global Marketing team was established to ensure that Ingram Micro is viewed as the IT Industry’s most indispensable business partner. To do this, our strategies include modernizing our marketing practices, strengthening Ingram Micro’s brand, sharing great ideas, best practices and strategies to build profitability within our global internal Agency Ingram Micro business.

In this full-time job of Director Marketing EMEA, you will be responsible for leading our Marketing strategy across EMEA. This to grow our Net Marketing Revenue (NMR) and Gross Profit (GP), by the localization and implementation of global marketing programs , such as our global ONE Ingram Micro experience and Modern Marketing Digital Services, as well as initiatives and sponsorships  with leading local and global vendor partnerships, as well as leading more strategic marketing planning and sharing best practices.

In this job you will work closely with our EMEA Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and collaborate with Chief Country Executives (CCEs), local Marketing teams, regional and local Sales and Vendor leaders, Industry Channel Chiefs (ICCs) and Vendor Representatives. This to achieve financial and other growth targets set for our Marketing plans. 

The location for this full-time job of Director Marketing EMEA is Dornach bei Munchen, Germany or Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. You will report directly into Jennifer Anaya, our Senior Vice President of Global Marketing.

What will you do?

  • You work with regional contacts and local Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans, as well as implement and localize global programs and campaigns, many of which are sponsored by local or regional vendor contacts. This to support and manage the Marketing P&L for EMEA.
  • You will continue to modernize our Marketing practices, be the main contact for EMEA Communications and Public Relations (PR) needs, lead efforts to gain more visibility via social media.
  • You will work with our Marketing teams, to localize our shared goals, streamline Marketing administrative- and workflow processes. This to allow us to achieve our Marketing (financial) targets more efficiently and set up our company up for success.
  • You will provide cross-functional leadership to generate sponsorship of regional and local marketing campaigns generated by our global Digital Marketing Hub team, with the aim to build awareness, enable our channel partners and/or generate (high) demand and connect the opportunities to the country-based sales processes.
  • You will strengthen relationships with IT Channel, regional and local Vendor Managers- and organizations to share knowledge and reinforce Ingram Micro as an indispensable business partner.

What Talent do you bring?

  • You have a strong interest in working in a large and fast-paced international organization, working with various people across the EMEA region.
  • You have extensive, relevant, and proven IT Channel, distribution and/or vendor
  • You have extensive, relevant, and proven Marketing and PR experience, with deep knowledge about Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, working within a company or an Agency.
  • You have a great understanding about delivering results with marketing that benefit the business, and can expertly communicate those results.
  • You are skilled in developing Marketing plans, directly contributing to our strategic business plans, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Return on Investments (RoI).
  • You are a great networker, communicator, influencer, timekeeper, and facilitator.
  • You are fluent in English.
