Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Procurement and Stock and Supply Chain Management for our DC/POS vendors on EMEA level.
  • Order planning, order creation and maintenance in the Ingram Micro internal systems and related communication with the vendor.
  • Clarification cases with warehouse for receiving discrepancies and with finance for invoice differences.
  • Procurement of price changes (price protection) including claiming to the vendor.
  • Handling of vendor stock rotations from all European locations.
  • Main contact for the local Ingram Micro DC/POS sales teams and the vendor for all purchasing related topics.
  • Internal coordination with Finance & Controlling, Vendor Debits, Logistics and others.
  • Monitoring general data integrity in all relevant areas.
  • Contribution to continuous business processes improvement and solving of workflow issues.
  • Involvement in training of apprentices

Your Profile:

  • Commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing
  • Very good skills with MS-Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good business English, both written and spoken
  • Process driven and analytical thinking
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Willingness to perform and able to work under pressure in a team environment
