Master Data Administrator

Place of work: ul. Krakowiaków, Warszawa

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining vendors in Vendor Master Data based on pre-defined country preferences,
• Reviewing and acting on the new items created with Review Webvisibility for all countries,
• Setting up Product Content for new items under certain product categories,
• Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy,
• Participate in projects and business initiatives across the CEE (Central Eastern European) Region,
• Work with business units and process owners to resolve master data issues,
• Assist with continuous improvement of data management.

What are we looking for:

• Previous experience in administration focused role
• Very good English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks for further improvement and work on multiple tasks
• Willingness to work with repetitive tasks
