Lead CB Marketing’s effort to create website experiences to drive brand, communications, growth, and engagement goals.

Collect requirements, develop roadmaps and prioritize sprints for CB websites.

Scope out the need and, if applicable, roll out new relevant channels needed to drive opportunities, and manage impact tracking and reporting (effectiveness and ROI analysis).

Transform web & social properties into predictable engagement engines, with a clear path to pipeline.

Create the production engine that produces our story, creating new ways to combine events (live & virtual), video, visual, written, and interactive content in new ways to deliver key messages as engaging stories.

Provide engaging text, image, and video content for digital communities.

Evaluate market trends and product fit to develop targeted messaging for CB audience.

Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in tone, and complies with SEO best practices.

Job Qualifications

To perform this job function successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Experience creating and curating content to drive engagement and SEO
  • Experience managing key agency and vendor relationships for design and content deliverables
  • Experience in global website strategy, content strategy, creative and user experience, UX testing, KPI development, site optimization in different regions, with different languages.
  • Passion for innovative high-tech products and for technological advances
  • Demonstrated ability to develop coherent, successful messaging that appropriately match multi-segment communication tactics with the target audience(s)
  • Experience working with cross-functional departments and remote teams
  • Critical thinking, “constant learning” mindset that enables continuous improvement of processes
  • Budget and cost analysis experience
  • Excellent organizational skills. Can create and follow a timeline meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and in an international environment
  • Excellent English (both written and verbal) 


5 to 6 years minimum of Marketing or Product Marketing experience
