About our Operations Team:

Ingram Micro’s Operations team is responsible for Warehousing & Distribution activities across the regions.

Operations team is an integral part of our business - our front liners and superheroes, the backbone to our business. You will indeed enjoy the team spirit and oneness among this brilliant team. The state-of-the-art facilities and environment are something you do not want to miss out too.

We are now looking for a new Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee the day to day Outbound & Dispatch functions in the warehouse in compliance with the procedures and guidelines set by the company. You will ensure that all tasks are executed within the given deadlines and maintain Pick/Pack SLA to ensure Delivery Schedules as per service levels committed

What will you do?

• You will plan & organize work flow & work load / Space management skills/ optimum space utilization to ensure all Out-bound jobs are completed within the given time
• You will coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge on Outbound shipments and plan resources accordingly .
• You will communicate all delays or variances in Warehouse Out-bound to the appropriate persons to ensure all concerned persons are updated on all open jobs
• you will check every outbound shipment and dispatch only after all company policies and procedures with regards to dispatch have been fulfilled. (Scanning, double-checking the goods picked against the DN’s, appropriate packing, serial numbers accompanying all shipments etc.)
• You will track serial numbers in requests from the Logistics Coordinators and sales team
• You will ensure picked material is kept on Outbound staging area, packed and kept ready for loading with complete documentation
• you will coordinate for on time Loading with Outbound Logistics Team to ensure Delivery commitments are met.

Which Talent do you bring?

• You have 5 years experience or above in medium to Large size warehouse operation
• You have good Analytical skill including delivering against SLAs and measurable KPIs
• You have knowledge of stock keeping and warehouse management functions.
• You have knowledge and experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) including handheld/PDA devices is must.
