Associate Engineering Support – Workflow Analyst

Location:  Plainfield, IN

Job Description:  Need a resource that designs and maintains process flows, techniques, and tools to support ITAD business requirements

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes material handling process and determines methods, procedures, and equipment for increasing productivity and efficiency
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
• Perform detailed time studies and analyze multiple data points to make data driven recommendations
• Responsible for other position related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Must have strong data entry skills
• Must understand basic technological vocabulary
• Must be a self-starter and contain a strong work ethic
• Must be able to stay productive in an unsupervised environment
• Must be able to understand, use, and repair multiple types of electronics
• Must have strong knowledge of computer hardware
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Lean Six Sigma training a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred.  3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience.  Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
