An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Part time experienced Receptionist/Administrators to join a progressive team in Australia’s #1 IT HW and SW distribution company.

What you’ll do

You will be integral to the first impression our team and visitors see and meet when entering our office at Ingram. You will be available to answer all the duties below;

  • Greet Visitors
  • Advise associates when visitors have arrived to see them
  • Ensure all visitors sign in
  • Ensure visitor temperature checks on arrival and BCP procedure for COVID-19 followed through
  • Ensure security entry for all visitors (inclusive of parking when required)
  • Ensure Reception is tidy and appropriately presented
  • Manage the Reception email inbox
  • Field all calls that come into switchboard through Reception & escalate all complaints
  • Ensure meeting rooms bookings are managed appropriately.
  • Organise office catering when required
  • Water glasses / jugs – manage as requested and wash as needed
  • Receive, record details in and advise recipient or incoming courier deliveries ensuring associates certify pickup on register
  • Scanning & distribution of Mail
  • Assist all IMAU Associate enquiries as needed, on ad-hoc basis
  • Organise couriers for all offices within Australia and Eastern Creek Information Services Department
  • Ordering and storage of Stationery, Cleaning, Hygiene & Kitchen supplies for Office Administrator to approve
  • Assist with company events when required

 You will also have the opportunity to grow and be involved in business projects and Office facilities with our Awesome Executive Assistant.

What you’ll bring

  • A can do/want to do attitude is a must. We are a highly engaged work force and like to have fun doing it!
  • 5 years reception/admin/office management experience
  • Experience of general office management including booking travel
  • Experience of managing a reception area for a fast-paced professional company
  • Experience of managing core office administration tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Office 365/Teams
  • Ability to use multiple platforms required
