We are now hiring a Junior HR Business Partner for Italy.


Supporting the Sr. HR Business Partner, this position provides HR expertise and consulting to teams applicable to building organizational capability and supporting business strategy for Ingram Micro. In partnership with management leadership team this position creates alignment between people and organizational development strategy and short and long-term business strategy and contribute actively to look for the right Talents and to follow their onboarding path.


Key Responsibilities:


Provides HR expertise and support in improving company culture while promoting corporate values, mission and enhance the brand awareness.


Utilizes management metrics and associate feedback to identify and act on trends which will proactively: help drive organizational efficiency; improve management quality and effectiveness; make recommendations to enhance company and departmental profitability; improve associate performance; and improve employee retention and engagement.

Working closely with the management team to ensure and enable the Talent acquisition process, support the implementation of Employer branding and recruiting standards across the organization in close cooperation with marketing and internal communication.

Monitoring the delivery full end to end recruitment process building pipelines for future requirements.


Implement HR best practices and processes such as performance management (in conjunction with the local/regional/global HR Team), in Talent Acquisition and L&D areas.

Support the Sr. HR Business partner in dealing with and supporting talent management and development through the identification and assessment of talent strengths and development opportunities in collaboration with HR local and global teams.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • University degree desired in Business administration or Organizational Psychology
  • At least 2/3 years’ experience in HR field in multinational companies
  • Experience in Project management and in dealing with Projects, PMO competences
  • Good knowledge of the employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English
  • Takes accountability, contributes to a high-performance culture
  • Manages performance and execution in delivering results
  • Demonstrates Business Acumen and enthusiasm
  • Negotiations and communications skills, knowledge of communication techniques (traditional and digital)
  • Demonstrates critical thinking
  • Acts with respect integrity and confidentiality
