Ingram Micro is seeking a Global Cloud Product Marketing Manager motivated to make a difference in how we think, improve how we work and get things done. Your No. 1 job is to help Cloud Channel Partners grow their business using best practices and strategies that Ingram Micro Cloud has learned over a decade with subject matter experts and from tens of thousands of partners who do business with us across the globe. You are part storyteller with a passion for the cloud revolution, creating compelling messages about how to build, grow and scale the cloud business as a partner of Ingram Micro Cloud and part enabler responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy of innovative features added to our product line. You will also collaborate with the sales team, helping them drive awareness, interest, and adoption of this story along with our value proposition and marketplace platform. You will help educate channel partners on the pathways to success in the digital economy. You must be a customer-first thinker, articulate in your written and verbal communication, and a resourceful self-starter ready to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities:                  

  • Lead our partners to a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to help them build and grow their cloud business
  • Develop the positioning and messaging framework for new and existing Marketplace features, programs, modules and add-ons based on and centered around resolving cloud business problems and needs
  • Understand our market and develop product marketing programs to acquire, retain and develop partners
  • Influence the lead generation and opportunity conversion materials and tools
  • Deliver sales enablement tools and training to drive usage of new programs and Marketplace features
  • Deliver incentive programs to drive uptake of features, programs, and services through the partner-customer base
  • Identify and create compelling partner stories, best practices, and referral programs
  • Measure the effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize GTM plans for future launches. Review and adjust competitive advantages, seek feedback and align objectives with key stakeholders
  • Be the content owner for all market-facing activity related to the Marketplace features and programs. . Work with marketing communications, digital marketing, and local country teams to create, develop and execute program activity
  • Support product team activities throughout the partner ecosystem on the creation of thought leadership content to drive interest and awareness

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, BS/BA preferred
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing in technology or Cloud company
  • 1+ years of B2B software experience is a plus
  • Passionate advocates for customer needs and opportunities
  • Continuously learn and adapt the approach to maximize results
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to set own direction
  • Listens to and acts on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Inquisitive about the market and emerging trends
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across diverse backgrounds

Success Criteria:

  • Meet acquisition and retention targets for acquiring and retaining partners
  • Drive volume of services and adoption of new Marketplace features through multiple sales channels
  • Measure ROI on product marketing programs delivered
