Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Supply Chain Professional Intern to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role: 

  • Engaging with the business on topics such as evolving from selling only products to delivering solutions and Services
  • Build Business cases for Procurement around IT projects centered on Key value drivers.
  • Monitor Market innovations and connect supplier and technology to drive business benefits
  • Involve in collaborative sourcing and operation purchasing functions with inventory and basic warehouse management knowledge.
  • Understand and improvise Master data Governance processes to curate consistent and high-quality Master data

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have: 

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program
  • Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical skills with some understanding of procurement life cycle in Supply Chain
  • Developing good supplier relationships, improving internal communications and leveraging the power brought by emerging technological tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong business acumen
