Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented ITAD/RL Client Services Intern to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

How do you stand out? 

You are a strong analytical thinker who can effectively plan and document ideas and thoughts to build best practices that support customer satisfaction and retention.

Essential responsibilities of your role: 

  • Develop a client implementation plan for new ITAD customers. This plan will be used to take new customer or customers with new programs through the first 90 days of implementation. 
  • Work with interviewing and collaborating with multiple departments to solution a best in class implementation plan for new customers and programs.
  • Key Deliverable - Provide a 90 day plan for every new customer or program to ensure our customers get an exclusive onboarding and implementation experience.

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have: 

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program
  • Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong Microsoft Office, process documentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • PMO skills a plus
