What will you do?

Technical Integration Manager, Shipwire Platform

Shipwire is an Ingram Micro company that helps businesses fully realize the promise of technology. No other company delivers the full spectrum of global technology, commerce and supply chain services to businesses around the world. You are looking to shape Shipwire, a leading Software as a Service E-commerce & Logistics platform. 

We are looking for an Associate Technical Integration Manager with experience in a high-performing, scalable, enterprise grade platform system.

You will be part of a talented team that will onboard 3rd party logistics warehouses (3PL) to a cloud-based system. This dynamic role will influence multiple phases throughout our warehouse integration projects. 



  • The ability to successfully & independently manage multiple workstreams.
  • Confidently and clearly communicate, manage meetings, and capture customer requirements.
  • Contribute in all phases of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process that span multiple systems.
  • Contribute in all phases of Project Management; including capturing and documenting business requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting time saving ideas for review by leadership. 

Which Talent do you bring?

  • Experience as project manager, business analyst, technical specialist, or someone with relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of logistics (inventory, forward & reverse logistics) required.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems, project management, systems testing, business operations is helpful.
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Teams & Project background helpful. 
  • Technically proficient with Google Sheets and Excel.
