We are hiring a strong, high energy Inside Sales professional that has her/his mind in the evolution of Cloud services experience and has the influence to lead internal and external stakeholders on journey towards rapid & sustainable growth with our ecosystem of Provider partners, Cloud vendors, and End users.

What you’ll do

As the Inside Sales Executive APJ you responsible for generating sales and leads for the wider CloudBlue APJ region.

  • Sells or renews the company’s products and/or services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting.
  • Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Have technical knowledge of products, systems and services.
  • You will be responsible for large, diverse, complex territories and/or products.
  • As an overlay to the field sales force, typically supporting the initiatives of the field sales organization and carrying an individual quota.
  • Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested. Has thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with channel partners. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers
  • Support back end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, delivery follow up etc.

What you’ll bring

As a seasoned Inside Sales professional, you will be a driven and proven individual contributor.

  • Experience across APAC region is essential
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
  • May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. Specialist in technical or business skills.
  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Tertiary educated (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • A minimum of 3 years Inside Sales experience preferably with in an enterprise global ICT – Vendor/ISV/MSP etc
