Upgrade your talent by:
Handling all inventory management activities related to targeted vendors from Purchasing order to inventory control and reporting in alignment with European rules
Creating standard, direct and intercompany orders, via Ingram Micro ERP system
Managing specific requests coming from country interfaces
Handling АP issues including Vendors on hold and aging debits
Following up with vendor or the transportation company the delivery of the shipment (ETA management)
Assuring pricing correctness in the line with the responsible sales or purchase representative in the local country
New vendors on boarding
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
1 - 2 years relevant experience in Purchasing
Fluency in German (C1)
Good MS office knowledge
Excellent English - written and oral (certificate available)
