Due to growth in our business, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and energetic Quote Specialist Team Leader to help us strengthen and lead a key and strategic part of our quote desk. We have an established business, and this role will champion culture, process, and sales success across our team.

What You’ll do

Expected to lead a team of sales quote specialists, this role is a conduit between team members, sales management, and vendor stakeholders. The team supply advice, technical configuration and quotes out to our partners and we are looking for operational efficiency, accuracy and best in class customer service from the team. This role is expected to play, and coach. Quoting output will be required; detail learnt and as a result, change managed for better evolution and performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leads a team of quote specialist to ensure sales growth and customer delight
• Managing coverage and redundancy of knowledge across customers
• Providing accurate quotes and advice by utilizing team quote tools and vendor provided resources (including delivery of solutions and up/cross selling)
• Being a trusted and candid team member for our quote specialists to leverage through coaching, skill and knowledge development, knowledge and individual skills and desires (in close cooperation with the Sales Quotation Management)
• Working closely with Quote and Sales Team Management to foster and drive positive team culture and positive performance
• Contributing to wider Quote Desk Management and Strategy
• Ensuring effective and efficient vendor knowledge is maintained and certifications are up to date
