Salesforce Administrator

Serve as system administrator for the environment with XXX+ users.
Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Utilize setup menu adding Picklist Values, optimizing Page Layouts, creating assignment rules and more.
Turn the stream of data in Salesforce into insights. Support leadership requests for official management reporting.
Maintain: add new users, amend the existing profiles, revisiting the permissions to the accounts and impose or remove restrictions.
Reduce the redundancy: remove duplicate contacts or accounts by mass updating them or merging them.
Cleaning out-of-date functionality.
Stay updated: drive communication with team members about improvements, best practices, and to elicit ideas and ongoing feedback Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization

Minimum Experience from 1 to 3 years working with SFDC
Knowledge of Salesforce, FinancialForce, or another professional services automation system is a plus.
Knowledge about permissions management, scripting, database management, building queries, business analysis.
Familiarity with cloud services.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts.
Understanding of Sales Process and interrelated areas (accounting, support, legal process) to build strong relationships with key groups.
Ability to decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on, and all upstream and downstream processes.
Understanding of best practices and functionality
Data management abilities
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work with remote team members via online tools across different time zones.
Well-developed critical thinking and decision-making skills required Familiarity with professional services and managed services business models.
