We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist for our Cisco team in our Miami office supporting our Miami Export business. In this role you will provide pre- sale technical support to our customers helping them build solutions, quote prices on products and provide customer technical support. The ideal candidate will have a technical background &experience with Cisco technology. Experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace is preferred. Must be Bilingual English Spanish speaking. 

What you will be doing:

  • Respond to quote requests for Cisco technology from our customers
  • Work with our sales teams by speaking with our customers, assessing their technology needs and building solutions around those needs
  • Be the technical subject matter expert and help our customers understand the different aspects of the Cisco Technology they will need for end user success
  • Escalate more complex issues to more senior members of the team
  • May include occassional travel outside of the US to Caribbean region (pending Covid/Safety)

What you bring to the role:

  • 4-year college degree or additional relevant experience in related field
  • Minimum 1 year of functional experience including a minimum 1-2 years of position specific experience
  • Experience with Cisco or relevant technologies (HPE Aruba, Fortinet/Data Center)
  • Bilingual English Spanish Speaking Required
  • Familiarity with MS Office Programs-Outlook, Excel & Word is required
  • Cisco Certifications & CCW is a Plus
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written as you will be talking to our vendors, partners and other team members a lot!
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Driven to get results and achieve goals

  • Team Player
