Account Executive - SMB

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager in monitoring and reviewing sales activities in SMB segment to achieve the business target
  • Maintain good relationship with reseller/customer for exploring more business opportunity
  • Respond to all outbound calls and inbound enquires
  • Process sales orders and related documentation and liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. inventory status, stock quotation, delivery schedule, order cancellation etc.)
  • Handle business licences renewal 
  • Compile sales reports and backlog reports to customers daily


  • F. 7 and above
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Have outbound telesales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in IT distribution business field is definitely an advantage
  • Pleasant, patient, mature, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Passion to work in the technology industry
