National Manager - Infrastructure Solution and Services

Responsibilities: 

• 10-15 yrs of hands-on experience in Solution/Delivery of System Integration and Managed Services in the India Market. 
• Ability to build Service Solution by assessing effort estimation of implementation/support using standard man-month KPIs
• Leadership role and should have Entrepreneur ability 
• Enabling Enterprise IT solutions using new and emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing,
  Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud Solution, and Transformation enablement
• Approve SOW and service contracts before IM execution of contracts with Partners / Customers.
• Works with Customer SPOC and manages Customer Satisfaction
• Review proposals, contracts, man efforts, the scope of work, risks, and pricing generated by Service Sales / BDM.
• Create a cohesive services team between Professional and Cyber Services.

Key Skills/Abilities: 

• Ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines
• Client facing and Client management capabilities
• Manage a direct/indirect team of up to 20 people
• Graduate/Engineer/MBA from a reputed institute. 
• ITIL/ITSSM/Togaf preferred
• PMP or equivalent and any quality certification like Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
