Intern -  Business Enablement-Bilingual English/Spanish

Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Business Enablement Intern who is passionate about corporate training and project management to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.  Bilingual English Spanish Speaking Required.

Essential responsibilities of your role: 

• Work on refresh of existing training materials 
• Training project support 
• Some basic facilitation/presentation support 
• Administrative support across multiple systems 
• Data Quality & Governance dashboards daily refresh checks 
• As needed support of and exposure to Business Enablement & Optimization initiatives 

 Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have: 

• Strong written & verbal communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments/initiatives  
• Basic Microsoft Office familiarity required 
• Instructional design experience a plus

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a college or university 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Recent experience using the MS Office suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word 
• Collaboration skills 
• The ability to be an individual contributor that is part of a greater team 
• Ability to problem-solve and manage time efficiently
