QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in Excel – intermediate skill level required
- System knowledge (Evavi/Provia/Phobio Ops/Blue IQ/MAS)
- Knowledge of receiving, warranty, exceptions processes
- Ability to work independently to drive results; performs functions with or without direct supervision
- Ability to research and analyze data to determine root causes and potential solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and drive results
- Ability to complete all paperwork and data entry in accordance with company procedures
- Analyzes current methods and procedures, recommend and implement improvements
- The ability to read and comprehend process documentation. Willingness to cross train and work in other departments
- Ability to compile and track data
- Ability to identify gaps and opportunities within processes
- Organizational skills; ability to effectively handle and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Maintains a professional, helpful attitude in dealings with co-workers and supervisors
- Pro-actively address issues with TL and/or Supervisor
- Ability to work OT as needed

- RF Scanner experience
- Responsible for additional tasks as assigned to meet or exceed the expectations of customers and/or Ingram Micro management based on our fluid business needs
- Ability to establish credibility across the organization and engage others to ensure the most effective solutions
- Assists in operating the facility in a cost-effective manner
- Contributes to building a positive team and puts success of the team above own interest
- High School or GED or equivalent required
- Minimum 3+ years in a fast paced, high volume distribution center
- Must identify and report problems in a timely manner
- Avoids conflicts; meets or exceeds commitments; welcomes balanced feedback
