QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in Excel – intermediate skill level required
• System knowledge (Evavi/Provia/Phobio Ops/Blue IQ/MAS)
• Knowledge of receiving, warranty, exceptions processes
• Ability to work independently to drive results; performs functions with or without direct supervision
• Ability to research and analyze data to determine root causes and potential solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results
• Ability to complete all paperwork and data entry in accordance with company procedures
• Analyzes current methods and procedures, recommend and implement improvements
• The ability to read and comprehend process documentation. Willingness to cross train and work in other departments
• Ability to compile and track data
• Ability to identify gaps and opportunities within processes
• Organizational skills; ability to effectively handle and meet deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Maintains a professional, helpful attitude in dealings with co-workers and supervisors
• Pro-actively address issues with TL and/or Supervisor
• Ability to work OT as needed

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• RF Scanner experience
• Responsible for additional tasks as assigned to meet or exceed the expectations of customers and/or Ingram Micro management based on our fluid business needs
• Ability to establish credibility across the organization and engage others to ensure the most effective solutions
• Assists in operating the facility in a cost-effective manner
• Contributes to building a positive team and puts success of the team above own interest
• High School or GED or equivalent required
• Minimum 3+ years in a fast paced, high volume distribution center
• Must identify and report problems in a timely manner
• Avoids conflicts; meets or exceeds commitments; welcomes balanced feedback
