What we are looking for 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work on the CloudBlue team. You have a strategic mindset, a collaborative attitude, and are obsessed with outcomes. You know how to work in a fast-paced environment and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to work tactically and strategically. We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketer who will help take CloudBlue to the next level as we scale and accelerate growth.   

What you will do 

As a key part of the CloudBlue Product and Growth Marketing team, you will provide our teams with messaging and enablement collateral that highlight CloudBlue’s value proposition. You will collaborate with internal marketing, product, and sales teams around CloudBlue’s unique differentiators and ensure they are armed with the assets and knowledge that will accelerate deals.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop positioning that articulates the CloudBlue platform and differentiates CloudBlue’s solution pillar capabilities
  • Partner with the broader Product and Growth Marketing team to create core messaging and content for campaigns, our website, field marketing events, analyst relations, and other sales engagement initiatives
  • Support enablement initiatives in global sales training efforts. Create enablement assets including playbooks, sales decks, battlecards, and online training sessions  
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, including blog posts, white papers, infographics, videos, presentations, and insights newsletters
  • Analyze customer insights through voice of customer initiatives including win-loss initiatives, customer advisory board sessions, and customer surveys
  • Interview customers to gather intelligence and create compelling customer success stories
  • Support industry analyst engagement by managing briefings, inquiries, analyst events, incoming RFIs, and surveys, and deliver analyst insights to internal teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing 
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing; experience in a market-facing role a plus (i.e. presenting to customers and prospects) 
  • Excellent written and spoken communicator  
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth, global, start-up environment 
  • Experience in developing positioning and messaging for products that resonate with buyers
  • Outcome-oriented approach to execution and measuring success
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to articulate our story and craft compelling customer stories
  • Analyst Relations experience a plus (specifically managing briefings, inquiries, analyst events, incoming RFIs and surveys, and AR program reporting)
  • Excellent project management skills

In addition to the must-haves above, we would really like to hear from you if you have: 

  • B2B SaaS Experience 
  • Experience with channel orchestration, multi-tier solutions, and/or marketplaces
